How.
The workflow is simple: You create a form according to your needs, you hand a tablet to your client, the client fills in the form and that’s it.
You create a form using an intuitive interface. You have multiple field types like text input, text area, date, checkbox, radio button, title, paragraph, etc.? After saving the form, you can insert a shortcode on a page and that’s it. You have another page where you can view your client’s data after the form has been submitted.
